Friendship Center/BullPup Club

Friendship Centers offer before and after school care at each of the elementary schools (Hawkins, Hilton, Hornung and Spencer) and Bullpup Club is offered before and after school at Maltby.  We strive to provide a high quality program for school-age children, and hope to make your day a little easier knowing your child is in a warm, safe and supervised environment before and after school.  The child are in a pro-social environment, and are offered a variety of enjoyable activities and experiences in arts and crafts, games, homework time (as needed), gym time, outdoor activities and much more!

Rates, Fees and Scheduling

The Friendship Centers are located at each elementary school and Bullpup Club at Maltby.  Our hours of operation are from 7:00am until school starts (8:33 @ Maltby, 8:50 @ elementary schools), and when school is dismissed (3:31 @ Maltby, 3:50 @ elementary schools) until 6:00pm

Registration

$35 annual registration fee per child

Fees

Friendship Center:

  • AM session (7:00-8:50am)  ~  $7.50/session
  • PM session (3:50-6:00pm)  ~  $8.50/session
  • weekly minimum  ~  $22.50/week
  • scheduled "No School" day throughout the district  ~  $33/day

Bullpup Club:

  • AM session (7:00-8:33am)  ~  $5/session
  • PM session (3:31-6:00pm)  ~  $10/session
  • weekly minimum  ~  $10/week
  • scheduled "No School" day throughout the district  ~  $33/day

Fees

  • $10 late scheduling/payment fee, if not received Friday prior to your child attending
  • $25 late pick-up fee per child/half-hour after 6:00pm

Scheduling

Planning and scheduling are important to our program.  They are basic to a smooth running day.  All children must be scheduled and pre-paid according to the specific program requirements.  If parents find it necessary to change their child's schedule, they must first consult the Tot Spot Office or Friendship Center/Bullpup Club On-site Coordinator to assure availability.  Please keep in mind, days scheduled are not transferable.  A weekly minimum is required throughout the entire school year, with the exception of when Brighton Area Schools is open less than 3 days.
